WASHING: Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from bag. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

Jei pristatyti prekei atitinka vieną iš aukščiau nurodytų kriterijų, prašome sekti žemiau pateiktus veiksmus, kad užklaustumėte mūsų klientų aptarnavimo tarnybą:
- Turite pateikti grąžinimo užklausą per 14 darbo dienos po to, kai gausite savo prekes.
- Po 14 darbo dienos, Grąžinimai nebus priimami. Taip pat, jei prekės grąžinamos prieš pateikiant jūsų prašymą, tos prekės bus konfiskuotos.
- Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad klientai yra atsakingi už grąžinimo siuntimo etiketes. Grąžinimo instrukcijas atsiųsime jums atskirai el. paštu.
- Turite pateikti grąžinimo užklausą per 14 darbo dienos po to, kai gausite savo prekes.
- Tai užtruks maždaug 5-10 darbo dienos apdoroti jūsų grąžinimą.
